IndianPilots Guild said Saturday that they are willing to negotiate withoutprecondition to solve the problem of Air India strike.

AirIndia pilots continued their agitation for the fifth consecutive day onSaturday, forcing management to re-scheduling cancel 14 flights, andmany others, even if the opposition aviators approached Prime MinisterManmohan Singh in his intervention.
Carrier's low-cost subsidiary Air India Express, also canceled six flights.
"Fourteenflights have been canceled and some domestic flights can berescheduled. We will monitor the situation on an hourly basis and toinform passengers in advance," a senior Air India official told IANS.
"Weplan to bring the executive and reserve pilots are flying. It is alsoplanned at least 4-5 wet lease the aircraft to operate the affectedroutes," an official said.
The airline has suspended some of its ultra long-haul bookings up to 15 lines Mayeffectively canceling more than 15 flights a day from the major sectorssuch as the U.S., Europe, and some other destinations such as Shanghai,Hong Kong and Singapore.
Meanwhile,the agitating pilots have come out of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh,seeking his intervention demands, which are considered by seniormembers of the community protesting Aviator "real".
The pilots said they are open for talks. But the government did not accept the offer, saying negotiations would not be up to the pilots back to work.
Development of even the airline said it is working contingency plan to rescue its international operations.
"Wework plan. This means operating the bare minimum number of flights onthe international sector. This plan may take effect from next week," anofficial said.
Air India was founded in most of its Boeing 777 fleet. The airline has 17 Boeing-777 aircraft.
The airline will lose an estimated Rs. 10 crore per day due to agitation. Justify the maintenance of an aircraft to add to your costs even more.
Theairline has 71 pilots sacked five days after the unrest began onTuesday and completed their union - the Indian Pilots Guild (IPG).
It also has asked the aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to withdraw the licenses of pilots flying.
Standoffbetween the Air India management and striking pilots had the effect ofboth houses of parliament on Thursday, said members of the agitationwas to destroy the national airline, and sending the wrong signals tothe outside world.
Theproblem began with the airline on Tuesday, when the IPG pilots areprotesting the mass sick leave to move the Boeing-787 Dreamliner toprovide re-training to pilots from the erstwhile Indian Airlines.
The airline has also moved petitions in the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court.
